Intelligent optimisation process for efficient hospital logistics
The optimisation modules in SyncroTESS increase the efficiency of transportation planning:
Optimisation for the scheduling of transportation groups
Intelligent optimisation processes ensure the online-optimised utilisation of transportation groups and minimise empty trips. SyncroTESS considers all transport orders and all available resources simultaneously to ensure the best possible on-time delivery performance. SyncroTESS can also be used to configure an automatic control centre operation. The system automatically creates combinations of transport orders and assigns these to transportation groups. optimisation is carried out in realtime.
Optimisation for the scheduling of passive resources
The scheduling of passive resources such as trolleys, containers, though also mobile medical equipment, can be integrated in the dynamic and optimised operations control of the active resources (transportation groups). A transportation group is thus assigned the most suitable and closest resource. The movements and idle times of these passive resources can thus be tracked at all times.
Optimisation for multi-level transport
SyncroTESS also allows an automation of interrupted transports by means of transfer points. This does away with the manual entry of partial orders. One special qualification of multi-level transport in patient transport is the transfer of a patient, for example from a runner to a vehicle crew
