Software Developer Java/Kotlin (m/f/d)

Whether at container terminals, inland terminals or other handling sites - we love it when tons of steel are moved efficiently. Together with us, you have the opportunity to implement our existing control software (for horizontal transports and container storage, among other things) from the very beginning at one of the world's largest container port operators and to expand it with new components (e.g. loading and unloading of ships). The software will be used in several ports and you can be an active part of this development!

What you can move with us:

• Together with your colleagues, you will optimally implement our customer projects and continuously develop our Java and web-based software products, e.g. in the area of business intelligence
• Your tasks include the development and expansion of our database models, the business logic and the user interface
• Together with your agile development team you will find and develop technical solutions for customer requirements based on the latest technologies and thus create "smart" software
• As a member of a friendly and agile team you will also be involved in the planning of upcoming and ongoing customer projects (milestones, releases)

What you should bring along:

• A degree in the field of computer science, software engineering or similar and several years of experience
• Sound knowledge of Kotlin/Java, Lambdas, Spring and Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, JUnit, React and others
• Experience with tools like Jira, Maven, Git/GitLab, Jenkins, Citrus Framework and others is advantageous
• Passionate about and enjoying software development
• High degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of English. German is a Plus.
