Crédit Mutuel Arkéa has chosen INFORM as its partner with the implementation of RiskShield

back to overview

The approach proposed by RiskShield enables Arkéa to analyze large volumes of transactions in real time, in line with both regulatory requirements (PSD2) and innovative payment services (open banking, instant payment).

Lenaig Pons, Arkéa's Operational Risk Director, comments: "Arkéa has found a quality partner in INFORM. The Riskshield financial crime prevention solution fits perfectly into our operating processes and meets our specific needs as it integrates a machine learning environment with the possibility of connecting to our own modeling tools. The positive feedback from other financial institutions in terms of performance and flexibility confirms our choice".

“We are delighted to establish this partnership with Arkéa, a major banking group in France, and to share with them our experience in the fight against international financial crime," said Andreas Meyer, Executive Vice President Risk and Fraud at INFORM. "We are committed to helping Arkéa achieve its security objectives while innovating with them to stay one step ahead in the ever-changing payment ecosystem," concluded Andreas Meyer.
