INFORM’s solution for real-time allocation of personnel and equipment has been implemented in just five weeks at Omniserv’s operations at London Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Omniserv wanted a proven solution to support its operation when it took over cleaning services at London Heathrow and Gatwick Airport at the beginning of March 2017. The decision to use the INFORM software has been driven by the successful experience of Omniserv’s parent company with an existing implementation. In total 1,400 Omniserv cleaning staff at London Heathrow Airport and 200 at Gatwick Airport are now allocated with the help of the INFORM platform, which uses INFORM’s employee communication software on smartphones to enable fast and efficient flow of task and status information.
