In February 2017 Dnata Switzerland went live with INFORM’s real-time allocation system. It was implemented first at the Geneva Airport ramp and passenger services department and has been modelled for roll-out currently at the loading and check-in/boarding areas there; it will also soon be rolled-out at Zurich Airport.
INFORM’s passenger solution proactively plans, monitors and assigns about 100 check-in, boarding and ramp operation personnel at Geneva Airport. Smooth communications with the real-time allocation system are made possible by INFORM’s software running on PC terminals at the check-in and gates and on smartphones for ramp areas to check and confirm relevant information.
Dnata Switzerland offers a full range of handling activities and serves over 60 airlines from around the world at Zurich and Geneva Airports.
