Manufacturing planning and personnel scheduling can assign employees to activities and work areas in the system. In this way, you ensure that the required work areas are occupied each day. Workplace planning is fully integrated with the other workforce planning processes.
DIGITAL ASSIGNMENT OF ADDITIONAL SHIFTS
Customer orders or malfunctions in the manufacturing process sometimes require additional shifts on short notice. The necessary coordination with employees can be time-consuming if it is not done digitally. WorkforcePlus makes rule-based staffing suggestions for you. Your employees accept or reject overtime requests in the mobile employee portal. The status of the overtime request, including works council approvals, is visible in the system at all times.
INTEGRATED TIME MANAGEMENT
The system can be operated with integrated time management. Your employees can record working times on the move via WorkforcePlus or via time recording terminals. You can manage working time and long-term accounts in the system and take them into account when planning. Overtime and bonuses can be recorded in the system and processed digitally. WorkforcePlus has interfaces to all common payroll systems (e.g. SAP).
