TIME MANAGEMENT AND TIME RECORDING

Correct time management is an indispensable prerequisite for employee confidence in HR processes. Billing errors can also be costly for companies.

TIME RECORDING - TERMINAL OR MOBILE

WorkforcePlus supports positive and negative time management. Clock-in/out times can be obtained via interfaces to the systems of established time and attendance vendors or recorded on the go by employees in WorkforcePlus, in which they can view the status of their working time, vacation, and other information, at any time. In positive time management, timestamps must be compared with planned times in order to identify deviations and to correctly recognize overtime. WorkforcePlus supports time clerks by automatically processing time stamps and deviations that lie within tolerance limits. Time clerks can then concentrate on processing exceptions.

ACCOUNTS, POSTINGS, AND WAGE TYPES

WorkforcePlus can manage all working time accounts. Rules for calculation and classification of working hours are stored in the system. Wage types are calculated and transferred to payroll systems precisely as required by tariffs, company agreements, and operational practice, thanks to Deductive Intelligence.


 

PAYROLL AND REPORTING

WorkforcePlus has interfaces to all common retroactive wage accounting and payroll systems (e.g. SAP). This enables end-to-end integration from resource planning to billing.


 

REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

WorkforcePlus makes the changes to account balances visible as early as the planning stage. Employees can view their working time and vacation accounts on the go. Payroll systems receive the data required for accounting. The integrated reporting can, for example, create timesheets and wage type evaluations. It enables a comprehensive, GDPR-compliant analysis of wage types, working time usage, and trends.
