INFORM’s Software Solutions boost Efficiency at STARLUX Airlines

INFORM, a leading global software provider specializing in AI-driven optimization solutions for aviation ground operations, has entered a strategic agreement with STARLUX Airlines, a leading carrier in Asia.

The partnership marks a major milestone in enhancing airline operational efficiency and innovation in the region. Under the new contract, STARLUX Airlines will implement a large part of the INFORM GroundStar (GS) software suite and benefit from:

  • GS Planning for robust and reliable demand planning,
  • GS WorkforcePlus for optimized shift scheduling,
  • GS RealTime for best-of-industry process management and task allocation on the day of operation.

Additionally, integrated line maintenance solutions will further streamline maintenance operations, ensuring smoother, more reliable service delivery.

GroundStar is a software suite that supports airlines, ground handlers and airports in the planning, scheduling and operation of their daily business. AI-powered algorithms help minimize or even avoid disruption impacts. They combine robust resource planning with optimized decision-making support on the day of operation, leading to higher productivity and lower operational costs.

Bruce Lee, Vice President IT Development Department, Information Technology Division of STARLUX, commented, “We are happy to get started now!
