INFORM is reorganizing its successful Building Materials Logistics Division: With the establishment of INFORM EVOTESS GmbH, a new independent company within the INFORM Group will bundle and further develop all building materials logistics activities.

AI-powered dispatch for optimizing logistics in ready-mix, aggregates, cement, and asphalt since 1994. Evotess.

The new legal entity combines more than 35 years of industry experience in building materials logistics with the agility of a specialized unit. As part of the INFORM Group, EVOTESS will continue to draw on INFORM’s international network, technological expertise, and long-standing experience in AI-based decision intelligence. At the same time, the new structure creates additional room to systematically enhance existing solutions and develop new products for the specific requirements of building materials logistics.

“With EVOTESS, we are giving a successful and highly specialized business area the right organizational framework for its next stages of development,” says Dr. Andreas Meyer, Co-CEO of INFORM. “Building materials logistics has developed strongly over many years. With the new company, this expertise remains closely connected to INFORM while gaining even more focus in the market.”

INFORM EVOTESS GmbH will be managed by Thomas Bergmans and Dr. Lars Lambrecht. Together with their team, they will continue the existing building materials logistics activities and further expand collaboration with customers, partners, and INFORM’s international entities.

“We are starting from a very strong foundation,” says Bergmans. “Our team knows the processes, requirements, and challenges of the industry from decades of practical experience. As EVOTESS, we can now apply this experience in developing AI-powered dispatch software with even greater focus, closer proximity to the market, and entrepreneurial agility.”

The solutions in the field of building materials logistics help companies make complex logistical decisions more efficiently, optimize workflows, and reliably manage their logistics processes. They draw on INFORM’s long-standing expertise in artificial intelligence, mathematical optimization, and operations research.
