Legal information on the use of the chatbot

This chatbot is an AI-based chatbot. Although AI technologies are impressively advanced, they are not perfect. It is possible that the generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Therefore, please check the content generated by the chatbot before further use - e.g. by comparing it with other sources - to see whether it might be incorrect and fictitious.

As INFORM provides the chatbot free of charge, INFORM is not liable - except in the case of intent or gross negligence - for any defects or incorrect information (e.g. in the case of certain product recommendations). If the user uses the chatbot's answers as the basis for their own decisions, they do so exclusively at their own discretion and risk. Mandatory statutory liability provisions such as those under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) remain unaffected.

Your IP address is processed when you use the chatbot. We ask you not to use the chatbot to enter personal data (e.g. your place of residence) without being asked. You can find more information on data protection in INFORM's privacy policy.
