The aviation industry is facing new challenges with a high degree of complexity. Airports and airlines are going through an era of extreme competition, fighting for more passengers and turnover with limited resources. At the same time, they must deal with much higher passenger expectations than 10 or 15 years ago. What to do? In recent years, many airlines and airports already have been able to reduce cost and improve operations by implementing software solutions.
