Career changers are very welcome at INFORM. Of course, our focus is on well-trained software developers, but we as a company have had good experiences with career changers so far. They have shed lights on our work from new angles and thus contributed to our development. So it is not a disadvantage if your CV does not exactly match the advertised position. Be brave and apply anyway.

DO YOU ALSO OFFER JOBS FOR POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES WHO SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY?

Yes, there are always vacancies with an anglophone focus, but it has to fit the position and the team. If you want to know what is required for the position take a look at the vacancy. There you will find the language requirements.

Yes, there are always positions that are also offered fully remotely. You will find this information in the vacancy. The extent to which you can work remotely depends on the team and its working methods. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I APPLY?

That depends on the job advertisement. If you are applying for an apprenticeship or dual study program, it is best to apply as early as possible. Our apprenticeships are high in demand and are quickly filled.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for an internship, please apply as soon as it is clear that you would like to complete an internship with us. It does not matter what kind of internship you are looking for.

If you are interested in a permanent position, you will increase your chances if you apply as soon as the position is advertised. It's different with a unsolicited application: here you can apply at any time.

CAN I APPLY FOR SEVERAL POSITIONS AT THE SAME TIME?

That is possible in any case. We appreciate your interest in INFORM.

Feel free to apply separately for all the open positions that arouse your interest. We will then check internally which position might suit the best to your skills, interests and personality. In any case, you will receive prompt feedback from us on every application received.

WHICH FORM OF ADDRESS IS CORRECT: first-name basis or formal adressing?

At INFORM, we are on a first-name basis - from the CEO to the intern. Already during the application process and then continuing in the daily work routine, this communicative form of addressing fits best with our open and modern corporate culture with flat hierarchies.

WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SEND WITH MY APPLICATION?

Basically, the more you send us, the better we can get an impression of you and your qualifications. In any case, your CV is important, as well as your references. A cover letter is optional. You should only send it if it offers real added value and you would like to go into detail about your motivation, why INFORM and the job posting are interesting for you.

WHEN SHOULD I FOLLOW UP ON MY APPLICATION?

We always try to give you feedback in a timely manner. Once we have received your application, you will hear from us within 14 days. Need an urgent answer? Then feel free to reply directly to the confirmation of receipt you receive or alternatively send us an email to career@inform-software.com.

Simply send us your CV via the job portal "unsolicited application". Our recruiting team will then review your documents and promptly get back to you with feedback. HOW CAN I PREPARE MYSELF FOR THE JOB INTERVIEW?

There is no such thing as a "perfect" instruction, nor does it make sense. Above all, we want to get to know you as a person, your personality and get a first impression of your personal career as well as your professional skills. Of course, it is desirable if you informed yourself about INFORM as a company in advance. The best way to do this is directly via our website.
